The function of this process is the Primary treatment of raw shrimp like peeling, deveining and making several kinds of shrimp products (PUD, PD, PDTO, Butterfly, EZ PEEL, 2-4 Cut, etc.). There are dozens of elevators, conveyors, and cleaning machines in this system to assist the main peelers in realizing the peeling function.
l The first stage is to grade the raw fresh shrimps or defrost the frozen shrimps. Then through the cleaning machine, the cleaning and graded shrimps are ready for processing.
l The main shrimp peeling system is for PUD peeling which has a comparatively much larger capacity. This system can be customized according to the factory layout and production capacity.
l The back-split and peeling machine system is mainly to process several kinds of shrimp products (PD, PDTO, Butterfly, EZ PEEL, 2-4 Cut, etc.). This system has a smaller footprint and also is very customizable.
l The manual peeling line is a backup plan for the above 2 systems. When overhauling or emergency order, this will be the solution.
All three systems and the pre-processing stage are connected by the conveying line. The input of raw shrimp and the output of the end product is automatically transferred without mistake to the next deep processing stage.
The rough processing line has many advantages:

Shrimp grading and defrosting line
The system consists of a shrimp grader, a defrosting machine, a cleaning machine, etc. The main function is to grade, collect and distribute the fresh shrimps, and defrost the frozen shrimps at the same process. In the end, it will convey the shrimps to the next stage. (shrimp peeling system, back-split peeling and deveining system, manual peeling and deveining and direct freezing)
The system is composed of a series of machines with unique functions, used for batch processing of head-on and head-off shrimp, wild-caught or farm-raised shrimp, and cooked or raw shrimp. The end product is peeled shrimp, after the complete process of pre-cleaning, head-removal, peeling, separating, fine-cleaning, back-splitting, deveining, final inspection and etc.

Shrimp back-split and peeling line
Shrimp Back Splitting & Peeling Machine is for the automatic processing of back-splitting, deveining and peeling of head-off shrimps.
The multi-unit production system can be set up according to the requirements of the factory, which is suitable for the large-scale high-efficiency and high-output automation plant.
Process:
Input-distribute-manual placement-shrimp peeler-final product(shell and vein will be discharged separately)
Manual peeling and deveining line
The manual peeling line will be in service during maintenance and inspection of the equipment. It also functions as a deveining line if necessary.
Shrimp deep processing line and freezing line
To meet the needs of the market and elevate the added value, deep processing will be applied to make much better flavour and more styles after the rough processing of shrimp.
l Peeled shrimp processing line
The shelled and deveined shrimps are collected, selected and removed impurities, evenly distributed through multiple process operations, and then output to the quick-freezer for freezing, and then optional ice wrapping or other operations may be applied, and finally output to the packaging line
l Shrimp ball processing line
The shelled and deveined shrimps are collected, selected and remove impurities, and after processing processes such as meat grinding and stirring, they are further processed by forming machines and boiling machines, and finally processed into delicious shrimp balls, which are then frozen by quick freezer before entering the packing line.
l Shrimp paste processing line
The shelled and deveined shrimps are collected, selected and removed impurities, After multiple cutting and stirring processing equipment, it is processed into a uniform and full texture of shrimp paste, then frozen in a quick freezer before entering the packing line.
l Cooked shrimp processing line
The processed or unprocessed shrimps passed through the heating equipment and later cooling equipment, then entered the quick-freezing equipment before entering the packing line.

Thaw the frozen fish or pre-process the fresh fish, and then they are transported to the back-end processing line for the corresponding treatment of the required product type, such as fresh fish bloodletting, flowing blood and cleaning, head removal, internal organs removal, filleting, trimming and touching, light inspection, slicing and cutting and other processes. The offal and scraps are collected and processed separately in the processing room.
Freezing and packing
After that, the processed fish products are transported to the quick-frozen area (tunnel, flat-frozen, spiral, etc.) for sorting and freezing, and finally, the frozen products are graded and packaged.
Customization service
Fish deep-processed products can be customized according to the requirements of each product, such as pickling and tumbling machines, coating and breading machines, fryers, cooking ovens and other processing equipment can be applied in the process.
Packing line
The frozen raw products or rough-processed and deep-processed food products are packed separately and transported to the warehouse for storage or distributed to the designated location for outbound transportation to customers.
