1. WATER COOKING MACHINE
The water cooking machine is widely used in the food heating industry. The general principle is heating the water by the steam pips and conveying the raw food through the high-temperature water for a certain time to cook thefood and get a satisfying result.
The steam inlets to a plate heat exchanger and outlets as water to the ground or sewer. The heat will be transferred to the circulation water system integrated. The integrated circulation water pip inside the chamber will heat the water in the chamber. On some conditions that the heat exchanger won't be necessary and steam will direct outlet to water for heat transferring.
The water which contacts the food will be filtered periodically and impurities will be drained periodically. There’s a water tank for feeding water to the chamber to maintain the water-safe level.
The hood can be lifted for cleaning, maintenance and daily checks, etc.
